Aren’t they realised that gloves stocks are not longer the sector in play? |

Despite the size of the company, it is still run like a family business with the son being groomed to take over. Management style is very top down and the staff have to clap hands and shout slogans after every meeting like kindergarten kids. In my personal opinion, the company will not be able to realise its full potential unless the Mgmt style changes.
