ADVedder: The picture you posted is Tomica Spencer - under the Tomica Thomas & Friend Series. They come in both blister pack and also the box versions (which I collect). They have released it gradually over time so gotta fish out the box to determine which year it was released (out of curiosity why do you need to know the year of release?)
