KL - Pertama Complex/ Bangsar (cannot remember the shop name, but u take LRT, stop at Bangsar station, it right opposite, small shop size, but, lots of variety)
Puchong - AJ
Alternative - quite number of sellers in LYN too
*
the shops' pricing will always be higher than online sellers due to the bigger expenses.
sellers like arc1414 and okk can make appointment with u for u to touch the unstrung rackets.
if u wan dunlop, contact bro pooh88 (hopefully i got his nickname right-lazy refer back tongue.gif )

YONEX IS DICOUNT ARN 15% GUA IF I NOT WRONG,SO D PRICE WILL B ARN 530,BUT WITOUT 2 CAMPARTMENT BAG,JUS D SMALL BAG..IF FOR ME I WILL GO FOR VICTOR...COZ VICTOR RACKET CAN STRUNGHT 2 TYPE DIFFERENT LB..EXP LIKE VER=28,HOR=30...SAME LIKE LINING...OTHER RACKET CANT DO IT..
*
how come only victor can do that?
other rackets also apply the same pricinple. even yonex.

add 10% of mains(2-3lbs) more to the cross
that's the normal principle but it depends on owner's wish
some might like it to be the same for both cross and mains

Sometimes your sweat comes from your arm, not just your palm. So a towel wristband works too.

actually i think most of the time. if the palm can sweat, i'm sure the arm can sweat even more

how much is a group class anyway??

any "personal" casual trainers here??  laugh.gif
need help on my technique yo sad.gif

the personal trainer can be yourself
youtube is quite a good teacher
but you still need a friend to record you while you're playing
from there you will know even better what you need to improve

guys, i just broke my Muscle Power 24(8 years old racquet), just restring to 24lb, then broke on my 2nd play. my budget is Rm400, any recommendation? was recommend by AJ the Muscle Power 45 and Armortec, or should i wait for the voltric? lol. smile.gif
*
for that budget, take a look at victor. should be able to get the high-end series already.
top up another Rm50, can consider BraveSwords biggrin.gif

QUOTE(melvin93 @ Sep 9 2010, 11:22 AM)
yonex, and apacs clone
*
actually Yonex's version is Nanospeed 9900
Apacs version is Nano 9900 but now replaced by Nano 9900 Power which is stiffer

QUOTE(netboy @ Sep 9 2010, 12:48 PM)
So RM120 is Apacs clone? How much is the Yonex then?
*
YY NS9900 is Rm600+
the cosmetic(paint) same only. material, tech and feeling totally different

Added on September 9, 2010, 3:34 pmtalking about rates..damn i miss the days when i was able to play at Rm4/hour before 6pm on rubber courts!

the court is Ipoh Stadium though.
the rubber courts are not like those at New Vision PJ.
these are 1 piece THICK rubber which is very soft to step on.

btw, very eager to get a new racquet but no money la cry.gif
*
wont very hard to balance..it's thick but not soft until when u stand on it, it will lump in.
when u land after u jump, can feel the softness
even when the shuttle lands, it wont bounce as high as other hard floors
very good shock absorption

can say like that
sometimes is the shoe that hurt your leg, not floor. if that's the case then how soft the floor also no use la smile.gif

QUOTE(Fantasia @ Sep 9 2010, 06:44 PM)
so is it consider a good surface?? the best court i ever played is south quay and of course, the most expensive 1 compared to other place i've played
*
good but not the best. i've played on surfaces with better grip than it.
maybe because it's quite old already. center of court already turned yellowish rather than green

yupe..duno why yonex don't sponsor them anymore

QUOTE(Fantasia @ Sep 10 2010, 11:02 AM)
i also heard thaat T300 will be slightly heavier than T200 even thought it has the same U... btw, what's the difference between L50, L60 and L90??
*
besides being different generations, the materials are different
L50 and L60 should have similar frame shape while L90 has the frame similar to Victor BraveSword which cuts through the air faster
