fyi, i didnt qualified for ptptn loan since id already made a loan when i studied in kl before and i didnt settle the loan till now.

even the fee is very cheap, my family couldn't afford it and i never aske them about the fee since i dont wanna trouble them at all..

Please try to repay the loan if possible. The loan you payback will be used to help next generation of students who is as poor as you. Imagine you don't get loan because someone else didn't pay back, how would you feel?

90% of people who didn't pay back loan said they are poor. But when get salary, buy expensive mobile phone and PC and tech gadgets and car and so on. Not saying you are one of them but try not to be one of these people.

There is a rules against putting one liner that doesn't make any sense. And yours is offensive too. Calling someone name but not explaining about it is very rude.

not to add fire but the more i read, the more i am feeling weird about this. no hard feelings oneg11 but i think, you should clear everything up by now? as in tell the whole story instead of bits and pieces when someone appears and say you conned them? cause when you put if bits and pieces, i find it hard to believe and i believe some of you are already feeling so.

first of all i'm very sorry for any disputes and trouble caused by me to nickalevera and other forumers...

let me explain all the things so that everyone of you could understand my problem...

first and foremost, the modem case:

actually i really wanna sell that thing since i need to pay my university fee... i guess everyone know that i'd been stripped out from uitm since i can't afford to pay my sem 2 fee. after i received the money from him honestly i went to the post office but it closed already at that time. i don't know what happen to me at that time but i feel i can run away with his money n i can use his money to pay half of my tuition fee(university fee) so i went back to my village and came back here a few days ago.

he sent a letter to my parents and tell them my behavior. got scolded from them and know i deserved it. i contact him yesterday or day before yesterday to settle everything since in his letter he asked for a refund. i agree to refund him and keep asking his account number but he insisted to have that modem. i promised him to send it in another 2-3 weeks. i'm willing to refund him bit honestly i don't have any money right now so i asked him to give me some time and here i would like to ask if he can give me a chance to pay him by installment. hope he didnt mind.

second case gana:

i sold him the huntkey 550w psu. post the item same day after post it. since i'm still new in dealing by post so i use the ordinary parcel post by pos malaysia. after 1-2 weeks he told me that he didnt get the item and honestly i keep myself shut at that time since i'm still a student and had a midterm exam. so when i back to my house and check with post malaysia they told me that the item lost and luckily i insured that thing but they will not pay me at the value of the item and still they are very reluctant to pay.

i got the money around RM40 last month iinm.

i paid gana RM60 day before yesterday and promise him to pay the rest in this week.

by the way, i'm also have a successful trade here.

1. gigabyte 8500GT sell to forumer (forgot hos name oready by pos)

2. codfish buy me around RM 1k things:
    - he cod by himself at sungai petani (i came to sp from alor setar by riding a motocycle n petrol finished twice at that time: can ask him if dont believe)

    - he bought me a lcd, and something that i forgot and cod by his friend at simpang kuala.

as u can read everything looked new and also i provide him with the ori receipt even theres other stuff still belong to me.

this is all my explaination. i PROMISE that i'll never do this again and hope all of you can understand my trouble/problem. i swear that i'll pay to nickalavera n ganabathi the sum that i got.

Can you ALL pls give him sometime...? He's already in a very difficult position. He got kicked out from University. He's married with a son now. So, lets really give TS a TIMELINE to live a life again ok?

I dont know how true what TS has said, but, TS, you would need to tell your creditors what exactly is your repayment plan and the timeline to do it. After getting salary, repay RM50 ka... RM100ka... Something la... Only you can solve your own problem... Be a responsible man...
