Just got a cookie over the weekend.
Seeing 1 odd bug so far. Occasionally, the gallery app hangs when I go in there (esp when I remove & put back the microSD), No pics are displayed & only the back button responds. Only way to fix is to restart the phone.

Also want to ask everyone roughly how often u charge ur cookie. I found that I need to charge everyday. I'm considered a light user, my prev phone (not touchscreen) will last 4 days per charge. Is this normal for touchscreen?

i charge mine 1 and ahalf day once...2days once (normal sms n calling not that much hours usage on it)

try to get some games here, have some cute animated wallpaper as well

may i ask, what firmware your cookie is?
yeah, i'm having the gallery problem. i thot that's why my cookie keep on restarting itself - to refresh the gallery pics.
i usually charge once in 2 days. and it stays for 3 days for light usage. 2 days if im heavily use it.

Hmm.. look like pretty common then, Mine didn't auto restart, I had to do it myself.
Battery only lasts about 1.5 days for me. I'm not used to it cuz prev SE lasts 3-4days.

Actually what's the advantage of Cookies compared to Viewty except the lighter weight and having a accelerometer?
Plan to change to Cookies from Viewty looking at Cookies' attractive price but feel that Viewty having better spec, eg. 5MP, xenon flash, Divx supported.

Do all LG phone's shutter sound could not be turned off?
I'm using LG umm...not sure what model, I can't secretly take pictures...
LG need to work on this feature!!!

hmm...this phone is good..but i dont like its camera features

well, at most viewty is targeted as highend phone last time for featuring 5MP with manual focus and HSDPA. cookie is targeted at budget user who want to play with touchphones..

nope. even the newerphones nowadays cant switch off the shutter sound. to prevent perverts perhaps.. lol~

guys and gurls... i am not sure if the new firmware available via internet, but no harm trying.

then in option&help, change the country and language then OK.

then go to customer support and click "start upgrading".
