so i know its stupid to trust newbie first time but din know she will actually do this fro RM23.50
i know aitn much but still money!

so first situation was she ask me to send to her then she will pay before 1pm next day.
i said fine lai went to post in the morning and keep contacting her for the money.
as u can see there 1 something i msn ask saying din receive yet when she said will pay by 1pm.
but luckily first tiem she did pay.

buyer must collect the item at post office. Should have a slip that asked she to collect it at post office

They is no need slip to collect, just head over the main pos office and show up tracking number, IC and sign on the paper, and the item is urs.

May be the buyer not sure where is the pos office

either she/he still didnt receive, coz posmen still not delivery it yet or still in post office,

or he/she dun want to pay..

i remember last time got person ask me to send first the item, i just sell it at rm5, but i never trust ppl (except from my fellow mate that i know well)
later he told me, dun want to buy after i packed it nicely, WTF person

Don't think so, if it is really a address problem and the item stuck in the pos office, the worker will make call to the receiver to confirm it.

so she duwan to take the parcel and the parcel will eventually go back to y_owez in 14 days..

my cases where im the buyer. the post laju will leave a sorry note and slip.call the number and tell track and they can send again.

tot can trust her ma since second time deal.

What i believe happened is moumou customer suddenly dont want the stuffs already, so might be the case she "purposely" dont want to receive the item when it reach so this will happen she dont need to lose anything...(no offense just my speculation)
And my speculation isnt blindly coz, poslaju will deliver 2nd time again as long she call them.....but the problem now is she dowan the stuffs.

Scenario 1:

If y_owez nvr send out the item, buyer complaint bad seller, seller sent out because you are returning customer, he trust u.


Scenario 2:

y_owez send items out, but u dunwan pay.



No send also die, sent already also die, business really hard to do.

From what i can see to be happening as a solution.

1. moumou pay up and collect the stuffs.
2. moumou keep dont pay and y_owez will get it back later, but lost her postage fee.
3. moumou and y_owez both share the postage fee so both side also wont lose so much, and y_owez get back her stuffs.

And let me remind again, what goes around comes around.

It's hard for to find a person who send out the item before payment ( I admit i'm one of them, , i dealed RM200+ stuff, and i sent it out before i received payment without any deposit ).

It's an undeniable proof that you wanted the item so badly and you sound almost like begging y_owez to send the item out A.S.A.P.

The seller TRUSTED you and SHE sent out the item for you as soon as possible as you SOUNDED like you are desperately wanted to buy it even THOUGH YOU DID NOT PAY YET.

Why do you betray a bond between a buyer and seller? Not only y_owez are irritated, i'm sure there's quite number of people feel the same too. If you think that RM20+ are worthless enough, why don't you just bank it in to her? Or perhaps you feel it's hard to earn it too? People worked 10 hours a day just to earn RM25 sometime.

It might sound like i'm scolding you, but if you feel offended, then go on with it. Make a clean deal, solve the simple cases between both of you. It's as easy as 1, 2, 3. It's equivalent trade, you don't pay for nothing. You pay for the product, and you can always use it in the future. Just go to post office, collect it, sign the parcel and take it home, and transfer the money. Simple. I'm sure y_owez would still willing to resend it if you are willing to deal properly with her.

From the conversation log, it's quite clear that you were the one who wanted the items to be delivered to you asap yet you seemed like don't want the item later on and tried to push the item back to the seller without bothering the seller's feeling and the cost incurred. If you are not interested in getting the item, why not just send a sms to y_owez to inform her that you are no longer interested to avoid things like this happen? Being a responsible buyer, you should at least leave a courtesy message to y_owez to cancel your order rather than just keep quiet and pretend that nothing happened.

Sometimes being kind is good, however sometimes shit happens. In order to prevent things like these to happen in future, perhaps you should at least give the buyer at least a sms / call to double confirm right before sending out the item. Frankly, I've made thousands of transactions and I can't deny that a small portion of them are rotten deals whereby people changed their mind at the very last minute and canceled the deal. Good ones will at least sms / call me, bad ones just mia and pretend nothing happened. I remembered one irresponsible dude even ffk-ed me the very last minute and made me rushed all the way from Seremban to KL for nothing. 1 minute before, he was telling me he's reaching there, the minute later, he just off the phone and that's it.

No point bickering here as it'll just lead to few pages of 'tai-chi' show. Why don't you guys just propose for a solution and settle peacefully rather than making each other to look ugly? Come on, it's just 25+- bucks.

Moumou, if you are really not interested in the item anymore, could you at least bear the postage charges to at least cover the seller's lost? Else if you are still keen in getting it, please claim it from the post office, make full payment and settle all these once and for all.

y_owez, if you are kind enough and don't mind losing a few bucks for a lesson, just wait for the item to be couriered back to you and this complaint thread against moumou will remain here to remind others about moumou.

That's my humble opinion, you guys are welcomed to suggest a better solution should you guys have any.

From what you wrote, you have some problem with your communication especially in english. How do I know? From the way you start the thread, I can see many english grammer mistake which you think is correct but on the other hand is wrong. You might think this way but other people might think the other way round. Probably you should learn proper and basic english for communication first and it is your fault for not telling the seller you want the item or not. You should at least notify the seller if you want the item or not by sms or call or even if you cannot bank in on time. From what I see, you have the intention to FFK the seller. The seller should not post out the item before checking also. So to solve this problem. TS, you should pay half of the postage fees to the seller.

Hi I bought some items from moumou, and I think it happens because miscommunication problem.
Do you still want the mask now? I think you have 2 options..

1. Want the mask
Get the parcel from post office, and pay her full amount

2. Dont want the mask
Get the parcel from post office, and send it back to her. If want, then pay her a bit postage fee.

I believe in you. No body is right or wrong. Anyway, it had happened no point blaming the responsibility right? Maybe you have to rugi a bit but if like that can solve problem i think is worth it. Hope you can settle this immediately and properly, if not I think it might ruin your reputation in here.

Thread Merged - I don't see the need to create 2 dispute threads.

I think the buyer had implied the seller to send out the item before the buyer make payment.
But the seller also made mistake by sending the item before payment was made.
Therefore there is actually no contract between 2 of them.
The seller want to sell thing to a buyer - offer
the buyer make payment to buy an item from seller - acceptance
And since the buyer had yet to pay the seller that means he/she has not accept into contract with the seller although he/she imply his/her wish to buy. but at the end the buyer revoke the offer.

So i think it is the seller fault by sending out the item first.
