why don't TS you re-download the FW 2.1 firmware, then perform a clean RESTORE to ensure that is either software or hardware issue.
If after
CLEAN restore there isn't a problem as you showed us before, then your problem is settled. With that, means your QuickPwn process had problem I believe.
Try out the Software first before you jump into conclusion saying that it is a hardware issue. Otherwise, you will make yourself

i already try to restore using itunes 8...
i hold shift and click restore..and select this file (iPhone1,1_2.1_5F136_Restore) what i already download...
and,the result is have error 1604... keep trying with different download of this file (iPhone1,1_2.1_5F136_Restore)...
mmm... i think my iphone already rosak... isk..isk...
fyi.. when i connect iphone to itunes and doing restore... 10 min (estimate) after finish process restore (with get error 1604) my itunes terminate connection to my iphone automaticaly...
and also at itunes,it just show summary for my iphone,nothing else..
