I'm using the cd ones too. And I find it lagging on my laptop(vista) but not on my desktop(Windows XP SP3). Besides, the software seems to consumer some processing power.

yeah maybe..but better use the update one...especially if using vista...soo far soo good with my pc spec...

Mine is desktop XP at that time. Took me so much time just to configure the settings.

Hi Guys, I'm looking for a gaming keyboard. Searching along the lines of Razer and Logitech.
The G15 looks good but feels very gimmicky....
Which do you guys think is a good purchase and has proven itself through ur experience.

G15 then, i use too have razer lycosa but something not rite with my hand.maybe becoz it flat type keyboard.sell it buy g15 n stay with it till now

My experience, tarantula lo. But too bad keys faded after a year of heavy usage. Typing feeling really superb. Most responsive.
But there is a new microsoft keyboard which i see have the same keys as tarantula(but dont know the feel). Maybe can try.

lycosa response time is good, but not good enough for me. i kena tekan the button pretty hard to make it work...
thats wat i find when i play with flat keyboard. The backlight very nice when really2 in dark room, but if u use with light on, even dim light...ur lycosa light sux hahahah...

6G baby..haha..7G is the same..mechanical keyboard..but it has two extra usb port..n the hand rest is freaking big..

Agree getting G15. It doesn't looks gimmick though. The panel is good.

Guy what's the different between gaming kb and normal kb? I can understand that gaming mouse can give u better gaming experience but I don't see kb can do the same.

Same here...using everglide kb and razer diamond back...nothing different for me the normal one....

Gaming keyboards usually have macro keys.

Response time is faster? I did a test on my normal Logitech kb, basically I didn't feel any delay, but if I paid more attention it did have very little bit delay, but it's a big deal coz the delay is almost non-existance. Don't think it'll effect gaming experience that much though.

Hmm...For me, it does effect my gaming a little bit.
But definitely response time is better than normal keyboards...

Got any gaming kb review that response time does matter in gaming?
