Its the other way around.

G15v1 = blue-backlights

G15v2 = orange-backlights

G15v1 stop production (EOL) pretty much ages ago, as replaced by G15v2.

I don't think u can find it in KL anymore..

As for the price, G15v1 initially selling at rm285, but now shops selling it up to rm330 or more.

Wherelse G15v2 seems dropped price liaoz which selling at rm255.

i think is because not much ppl like the orange light bah...but i like the macro keys placement in G15v2...G15v1 too much macro keys ady haha

open up the keyboard and change the led...but that will void the warranty right??? mod it after the warrant y expired haha

I am thinking to mod mine after the warranty period too.
Wanna put fibre optic lights inside. Don't know can or not

Fibre optic more cool. Can do starlight effect, can change colour, can do blinking effect

That is the difficult part. Will try to check with fibre optic light supplier. See they can come out with any suggestion.
Actually to put in the fibre optic is easy, but the generator with be a bit bulky to stuffs inside a KB.

you olang gila only use so many macros laugh.gif you are the first person i seen utilizing all your macros. i cant even think how am i going to use all my marcos tongue.gif


anyway i think red led would fit the G15v2 perfectly. but i heard if you wanna mod, you need to use back the same led with the same voltage right? im seriously thinking of modding my G15v2 but i dont have the guts sad.gif

1) Continuous actions in gaming
2) repeating works
3) launching of application.
