Hamster is not stupid to eat sand, yes they will take and try to eat it, to test if its food, but then they won't eat once they know it is not food. I think someone said this before too.

will they eat litter sand also??

I got the Living World corner toilet and used the sample sand that came with the packet. I think its clumping sand...

Hmm i was wondering if i accidentally bought delikate, wat can i do to make it more nutritious?
Like remove extra kuaci or corn and add in others thing???

Ya Sometimes I face that problem too.. Prestige smells quite sweet and sometimes I can find lots of ants "enjoying" themselves in the food bowl Smoothie can attract ants too..

No preteige. No smoothie. Removed thes moothie and I still see them around. ARGH

by the way..can you suggest best pratice to move you hamster around..like how to handle them in the car?...how do i do to reduce their stress level? is it ok if i put them and their home in a big paper bag when transporting them? so that they couldn't see? or just hold the home on my lap? it helps since i don't like to leave my hammies at home if i have to go out station...my parents are scared with my hammies...

but another question....about toilet sand (im using the commend japan brand 650g sand)...if clumping mean no good for the hamster is it? they will eat it ah?

i just bought mine and I think its clumping (im not sure how clumping looks like). cant go change la, i buy oredi. will get non-clumping once this one finishes

the story is like this..

i got a pair of hamster at 1st.. they are winter white..

then, the female born 6 babies..

now the baby is about 2 month+
one of the female is staying with the mother all the time.. until last 2 weeks..
the baby female start act weirdly.. by biting her mum until bleeding..

till now.. we have separate them..

and even i just want to hold her.. also got bitten by her
i donno what happen to her.. she just dun1 to let anyone touch her..

any idea?

i think can exchange but if i return the injured back to the petshop....
if they didnt take care well...maybe will die at there 
so i rather taking care of him myself.....but i need to find a way to cure his injured leg now
