Hey guys

I'll most prob be getting an iphone 3g in the UK in about 2 weeks time as i will be studying there for 4 years.

What should i do once i get the phone? I'm aware one of the first things i have to do is download itunes. how about jailbreaking?

what cases would you guys recommend?

i would like to have two. one for casual use and one for sports whereby i can attach the iphone to my wrist. where and how much would these cost?

how about screen protectors?

and can the iphone 3g be jailbreaked safely already? where can i get the apps?

yes, JB will void warranty, but normally u can restore it before sent for warranty

although my seller do warn me before that Singtel (singapore iphone carrier) are able to check that is the iphone JB before...but he is not sure about it also

hi sam, i heard from another client of mine tat how singtel 'might' be able to detect it even tho v restore d firmware...i dun reli get wat he means but i think wat he say make sense too...he says tat apple might hv made d iphones firmware into two layers...when v restore d iphone's firmware v r restoring d top layer, n when v jailbreak d phone v might hv jailbroken d bottom layer...tats y even v restore d firmware after v jailbroken d phone, singtel still can detect from d bottom layer...i'm not too sure bout this but this is wat tat guy said...so i let u guys to judge la

My trip to SG was fun...my SG fren treated me v well hehe...but pass kastam very exciting...carry so many phones makes my balls shrink when i pass d officer slowly haha...but lucky nothing happen thx to d big sarawak nanas i bought on d way very 'ONG'!!
