It is because DiGi is still using GSM 800 that's why it has two lines. When you are in an area which totally has no coverage at all, you may try to switch to other line. That is where we are lending other telcos' coverage.

As simple as that. Line 2 and Line 1 are the same just that you can only receive calls and SMS through Line 2 but can't make calls or SMS out.

What about no network coverage? How come even Line 2 also never appear at that time?

i've just converted to digi campus last week.
For the 'reload once for 4 years validity", how much do i have to reload?
if i talktime transfer from another phone to mine, is it still counted?

the 4 years validity is not mean ur account will expired at 2013
The 4 year is mean ur campus plan is until 2013

Any amount reloaded will give 1 year validity. Talktime transfer not counted

Let say if i already use more than RM 2 by today & I just call to other digi number. So is should be FOC right? But now i just make call to that digi number & that digi number just use divert call function to other telco number. Do you think i will be charge? smile.gif

u checked ur balance?? normally it will be charged on the person u called lor.. as he/she divert the calls ma..

Call forward does NOT affect the caller. It will only affect the receiver. The receiver need to pay for the charges from his original no to his new forwarded no.
