some questions to ask,

1. do u guys faced when charging the batt right (either using USB or cable plug oso same), it keep hang on half bar and cannot get to full bar batt (even after 12 hours charging)... what the problem?

2. when it hang, i have to soft reset 2-3 times to get it boot into the Windows. Whats wrong with it?

3. I tried to call from phone A to my 3G, but my 3G only start response (ringing) after 3-5sec+ phone A's dial tone started. Slow is not a problem, but after 3-4sec my 3G rang, it terus redirect to my voice mail. Cause the ringing period was 'too long'. How to fix this?

How do I backup telephone contacts from Poutlook Contacts (used in conjuction with IContacts), Tasks and the OneNoteMobile independently? The whole PDA has gone haywire, hard reset is necessary.

I had found the OneNoteMobile directory but how about the other two?

Copied OneNoteMobile folders, when the PDA is hard reset, can just copy and paste this folder to overwrite the existing with no problem?
