roof leaking -

as your picture shown, there is water mark. this might be heavy or minor case. which can cost from few hundred to ten of thousands. the reason is the roof tiles might be aging and defect, which people will normally replace for the whole whole house.

once the roof tile job done, it is a lot easier for the plaster ceiling. cost around 5 a sqf. but, of course, only repair the affected area.

lastly, due to the uneven colour of plaster ceiling, you migh consider repaint.

wiring -

this is a conceal work. for every 8 foots hack and reseal which inclusive of wiring will cost you easily 150

tree -

no clues.

hmm ... sounds like serious on my leaking problem ... lol ... but do you have any friends or contractor to recommend?
I am getting 1 from my cousin but as u said, if need to replace the entire roof then pening leow ...

Hi a6meister, can you pm me the contractor contact? i m facing roof leaking problem, hope to seek a better contactor.
My previous contactor charge me 500ringgit for the 1st time he came.
one week later.. leaking problem go on.
then another guy visit to me(same company) charge me 100 ringgit for the repair.
second day...leaking problem go on.
call up to the company, they divert the line here and there without the sense of responsibility.
hope to have a contactor which is well known, if possible with a company background not a personal contactor..

wah u r so good to pay to the same contractor who didnt complete their work well, u should ask him to warranty their job defects liability after payment make

nice kitchen. what material being used, the measurement and how much is the cost?

chip wood only ... and the top are not solid surface lar ... but should be sufficient ... forgot the measurement already ... if not mistaken is just 11ft long ... and the cost is 5K+
