scanart rma really that bad? damn...it

But i dont think all la,becos my Abit mobo recieves in 2 weeks.Either some unproper works or oversea problem..

actually. HIS just have problem with previous warranty deparment in charge ppl. now all the RMA had improve.
and now they have to take some times to settle previous RMA issues.
btw, the warranty time depends on which dealers you get the HIS GC from.

scanart no carry gigabyte, only nationtech and SDS, i think you mean SDS.
gigabyte have their own technician that can do repair locally and not need send back to manufactury (this is what i heard),
so the RMA wil be faster than other brands. maybe your sellers had delay the RMA process bah.


But, I have positive experience with Scanart for Gecube and other products they carry, they do exchange one to one with me when i send items for warranty.

I thought SDS stands for ScanArt Data System?? Pls clarify.

It's a custom fugly box with foam covering the card. Look at the bent cooler fins, dented DVI ports, scratch on the pins, and it's an old Type A silver Zalman cooler, as compared to my last Type B with newer golden Zalman cooler..
After that called up the shop & SDS to complain. Lastly SDS agreed to replace it with 9800GT, but still without accessories & box.

Feel sorry for ur happening,btw u have to careful that they might playing trick in RMA.I experienced before,they purposely tangguh the rma period until ur waranty over,then u cannot claim anymore.

Yes I knew it already took me 4 months liao.
And they just changed the cooler only without replace it with a new one.

SDS is sds.
scanart is scanart. even the scanart using SDS as short words in their warranty sticker.
but now their boss is same.

i send it by myself on September. and told me will take 1 month for repair. but i call them last week they told me my mobo juz send out to taiwan. i WTF? and ask me wait till next month

btw izit worth upgrade from 7900gs to 4670?
or wait 4830 drop price?
