AFAIK i hv 2 frens bought thier units at PDA lowyatt. One of them complain that the phone is a bit slow compare to the other frens. and he go back to reinstall the software. ATM i hv not met the fren yet and dunno how is the outcome.
as i can see lots of PDA expert use 'free software support' to attract ppl to buy pda phone n install software 4 them. maybe becoz of lots of ppl dunno how to install software therefore they use this point to attract ppl. when something happen they will say is software coz the problem.
for me install the software i nid is good enough.
