Just want to ask your opinion....Just now i went to KLCC Maxis centre and ask for the HTC Touch Pro offer with Value Plan 80....the maxis staff told me better don't buy HTC Touch Pro, bcos got a lot of problem and also not worth to buy it at maxis center, bcos at Lowyat can get better deal....for eg. buy AP of HTC Touch Pro, no need to buy original....

Is it true got a lot of problem? is it can get better deal at lowyat than maxis center?

He said when we slide out the qwert, and swing it, u will hear some noice....is something loose inside the TP.....is it true?

After listened to this maxis staff...i also don't know whether is it worth to buy it....pay almost 3K to get a lot of problem PDA....later i regret...

sometimes i dislike sales person who give unconstrutive comments without proof. First of all, the maxis VP 80, you pay RM2499, TWO 2 years SIS warranty, free RM200 parkson voucher (though i hvnt recv from SIS), free itech bluetooth & 4g MicroSd, so u pay RM2299 (-rm200 voucher). I myself basically spent lesser after selling the itech bluetooth 

with RM2299, i dun think u can even get an AP set anywhere not even a HTC diamond. AP set, if any problem or repair, who can really attend to you le?

A lot of problem? so far, not many users complain,  you may check on first page where Bro newspaper posted highlighted issues.

it is very much depends on your own preference and confidence to make ur choice.

PDAIR dont have darker brown...they only have black/brown in book form or flip top like shown above. Its a great case money can buy (infact cheaper than retail Capdase in KL) - Capdase system dont really convince me - this one really hold your TP in a secure position yet the full beauty of TP fully exposed not like Krussell.

I'm thinking about marching back to SIS to claim a new battery... I didn't really notice that one day's use that drains out the whole battery is considered "wasteful".

I fully charge my battery every night, use 5 mins to sms a lil in the morning and the battery level drops to 97%...

And then now I noticed that if I soft reset my phone, the battery level jumps back to 100%... 

Please advise???

mine is about the same, just slightly better [ without 3G network ]. this is consider very good d bro.....my record so far was 3 days with balance of 25% with this usage :  40 min calls, sms, 15 min wifi, 20min light gaming, 5 min of music.

Oh no...

I am now having problem with my AC charger, it seems not charging when i plug it on. It was ok previously but now i have to charge it using the USB thru my laptop or car charger.

Sent an email to the sis customer care, now waiting for reply.

bro, call SIS straight, don't email to them...sometimes it takes ages for them to reply to you......since your TP is quite new why not bring it back to your dealer to get it replace for you...
yes, i did set the 'Turn off device if not used for....1 min' to be exact. it's the default setting.....

bro, how on earth can you survive without using the charger?  why not get your replaced by SIS? with the original desktop charger, it usually takes less than an hour to get it fully charged.....
we can't really compare our TP's battery life with those counterpart region....reason being was;
1. different cellular network
2. different firmware/ radio rom [ usually radio rom is the main culprit of this ]

my TP is heavily 'tweak'  but i don't face any fast battery drain issue here...
