Hmmm..... after reading through the 4 pages of replies & the situation stated by the topic starter, I dare to say that there's a mis communication between u & the staff of AG. I understood that the staff involved is Howie & all the while till this single minute I've been to their shop either drop by, FOC consultation, installation or make a purchase...... I didn't encounter any issues with anyone of them.

Talked bout lanci look & I strongly agreed that I personally got that look. It's even worst than Howie if u guys would like to compare. Frankly, Howie doesn't lanci or showed cock face no matter how fuzzy or terrible a customer gave. I've seen it personally with my eyes & I dare to judge that Howie has the cool look (less talk & more action type of guy). He & the rest of the staffs in AG doesn't talk cock, crap & blow water unlike other typical car accessories shops filled with a bunch of low end farked up losers.

I've known Drex for the past 5-6 years & he's a down to earth kinda guy. It's great to hang out & have a good chat with. As for Howie, I wasn't shown with any of those lanci (farked up attitude) during my warranty claim for my set of HID purchased & installed in AG for the past 6 months. Everyone of them in AG knows that it's been more than 5 times that I came over for the HID troubleshooting problem issue & everyone of them attended to me professionally. FYI, the set of HID is just a mere farking RM350 & u think other accessories shops willing to attend u even it's still under warranty for more than 3 times? Most probably they'll tell u to fark off or send it back to the main distributor for warranty purpose. I've been there & done that previously from other farked up, run down bunch of lowballers losers.

Just bear in mind that I also waited for my turn to either ask, install or consult anyone of the staff in AG during my experience there. I've no issue with it & if u doesn't have the time to wait or patience to do so, then arrange for another day as appointment. If u want to get something done to your ride or whatsoever, then arrange for an early appointment.

I think this case should be put a full stop here. Hopefully no more flaming postings or replies to light up anyone. For god's sake, it's just a mere misunderstanding & if anyone of us including myself are not happy with the service provided by any shops or parties, then by all means that there's always others to go for. It's not that the industry is monopolized by that specific company. Don't u guys agree on this?
