if u get 019 XPAX u have to port to other telco.. then port back to UOX..
cannot port straight away from XPAX to UOX

UOX have 019 oso.. I see many here in my place.. But the number.. It's hard to remember.. Ntah hapa-hapa number la..

My UOX originally are celcom blue that i buy a few weeks ago.. Huhu~ Already become UOX right now.. Furthermore, its 3GUOX sim card and vip number.. I buy the number really cheap.. Lucky.. woohoo..

1 day process to other telco.. 1 day to UOX..
but they are not that fast..
i got mine 1 week time..
go celcom centre to terminate..
i think there is a way that u can do to change to normal xpax..
by sms and their easy menu..
whats the key for celcom easy menu??

I recommend here u all port to maxis better.. Bcoz u can port back anytime from it.. If u convert to Digi, u must stay 3 month on it to be able to port again.. And maxis done the porting fast.. 1 day for me.. Celcom 5 day to process my porting with a little problem..

By the way, the easy access menu for celcom xpax is *118# and celcom blue is *119#..

u didnt sign any contract..
so u can port out back any time u want..

Oh.. i thought so.. haha.. Looks like i hav misreading on the digi website.. It say switch 'plan' not network..

ai ya... I tried to change my UOX to other plan through *118# but celcom replied the service not available at the moment... lazy go celcom branch to terminate or change plan....

oh ya... for those who wanna port to celcom prepaid, need to go celcom branch coz that only took 1 day...
If u go celcom point or blue cube, they only can port u to postpaid...
celcom point and blue cube just a celcom reseller/agent so normally took 2 days or more...
I recommended everyone go to celcom branch to port to celcom coz only took 1 day and sometimes is much much faster...

change your UOX to other plan? why? i thought UOX is the cheapest celcom prepaid plan. in fact, users from other plan (Blue, Xpax, etc) are always dream to be allowed to switch to UOX directly. but u want the other way around haha

yes, i agree if you want to port faster, go to celcom branch directly.. if you do port request at celcom dealer, it will take time because some dealer keep all the form till end of the week, then only submitted it all in a batch.

I have go to celcom branch here in KK.. Damn.. They so slow with so many mistake..

1st, the porting take 3-5days to success..
2nd, the given sim card cannot be used because wrong serial number has been input in their sistem..
3rd, i check my number account details and notice that my father's name have been inserted wrongly.. It supposed to be 'S' but they input 'Z' there.. haiyz..

I go there 3 times to settle it.. Hm.. Not good enough..

As I said in page 85, I want my current UOX change plan to new xpax plan so that my 016 can port to UOX...
coz lazy go terminate....

should complain to celcom..
3 times is too much..

Enough for me to go there already.. They seem like not professional handling customers.. And their face.. Ah.. Its hard to say.. It's look like no respect and feels like "ah, dia ni mnyusakan saja.. Benda kecil pun xtau ke.." Maybe i'm look too young so they not care about me much.. But still.. I'm a customers..

I've hope i've never go to that branch again until the people got professional..
