Hi, i want to ask.. I just buy new celcom blue pack recently. Have not avtivate it yet but already register. I wonder if i can also convert it to U.O.X? I'm still below 25 years by the way..

I think from the tyco instruction, u just have to go directly to celcom branch. Bcoz u already in hotlink right..? Anyway, i will port my number tomorrow to hotlink. rclxms.gif

I'm successfull converting my number to UOX from new celcom blue that i buy.
The step like before:

celcom blue (new)>maxis HYC> celcom UOX

Unfortunately, the girl at the celcom centre mis input the sim card number so i have to go to celcom again to retreive new sim doh.gif

Also, celcom sure take time to convert my number while when i converting to HYC it take only 1 day.

Total is 6 day for me cry.gif 1 day maxis, 5 day celcom. So slow celcom though..

But im satisfied with the result oso.. Bcoz UOX really cheap.. I call here and there, maxis, digi, all i lost RM3 only.. Huhu..

And by the way, after the mistake that the girl in the celcom, and they solved the sim card problem, i noticed that i have RM5 free in the sim..

UOX have 019 oso.. I see many here in my place.. But the number.. sweat.gif It's hard to remember.. Ntah hapa-hapa number la..

My UOX originally are celcom blue that i buy a few weeks ago.. Huhu~ Already become UOX right now.. Furthermore, its 3GUOX sim card and vip number.. I buy the number really cheap.. Lucky.. woohoo.. icon_idea.gif

I recommend here u all port to maxis better.. Bcoz u can port back anytime from it.. If u convert to Digi, u must stay 3 month on it to be able to port again.. And maxis done the porting fast.. 1 day for me.. Celcom 5 day to process my porting with a little problem.. sweat.gif

By the way, the easy access menu for celcom xpax is *118# and celcom blue is *119#.. thumbup.gif

I have go to celcom branch here in KK.. Damn.. They so slow with so many mistake..

1st, the porting take 3-5days to success..
2nd, the given sim card cannot be used because wrong serial number has been input in their sistem..
3rd, i check my number account details and notice that my father's name have been inserted wrongly.. It supposed to be 'S' but they input 'Z' there.. haiyz..

I go there 3 times to settle it.. Hm.. Not good enough..

Enough for me to go there already.. They seem like not professional handling customers.. And their face.. Ah.. Its hard to say.. It's look like no respect and feels like "ah, dia ni mnyusakan saja.. Benda kecil pun xtau ke.." Maybe i'm look too young so they not care about me much.. But still.. I'm a customers..

I've hope i've never go to that branch again until the people got professional..

Hm.. I think i'll let them away this time bcoz i dun evidence.. But sooner or later.. Who knows.. The xperience i've got this time will be used on another time for sure..

If it ever happen again to me, they sure won't get away.. I'll take evidence as much as i can.. Just some advice to all.. Be careful if u deal with them or any. If it happen to u all also, take evidence and report it immediately.. icon_rolleyes.gif
