1. It's a myth that DHL will not get tax because i kena b4 from DHL (maybe UPS is more likely to kena and the one that kena even before the packages reached malaysia is really too much)

2. If kena prepare to pay 30% + 10% on top of your blu ray price + shipping

3. Of course you can always opt to return to sender (Amazon) but amazon told me last time that they will only refund me the blu ray price but not the shipment cost. Maybe Aiman can shed more light on this? Full refund or only the movies?

Also any possiblities to check with our local post office whether they got any packages in their storage or not without any traking number? Just address very unlikely i guess

1. I never said DHL will not get taxed. The fact here is that DHL's successful rate is much, much higher. Imagine my orders since 2002 never taxed, this is my first time and guess what, it was UPS. With UPS it's almost a certain you'll get taxed if the value is more than RM500. The worst thing is, they never even bother to negotiate with the customs, calling me to pay the tax even before the plane arrive.

And this time they've replied to my email with a guarantee for full refund. You just have to communicate with them.
