clearly it's seller's fault

1st) he said that he put a picture stated that he already post the pic, it's buyer fault not to see picture clearly.
socket 478 and 479 basically same, impossible for buyer to count all the pins base on the picture itself sweat.gif

2nd) he put wrong description. as a seller we do have responsiblity to put correct description for our thread.
buyers can claim for refund if they found out the seller's description is incorrect, you can check our own malaysian consumers law for it, clearly stated.

3rd)if seller put wrong description and refuse to refund you can lodge a report against him . 1st u need to lodge a report at nearby police station, and after that u need to bring the report to lodge another report against the seller at consumer department, they will review your case after that, if your claim found genuine, they will take legal action against seller,no lawyer is needed

4th) after u lodge the report at consumer dep, you can consult with your lawyer to take legal action against him also...if u want to.

for seller, you have to refund him
