Buyer's problem. The sales thread fully listed every all the info needed and sufficient references given (intel sSpec, datasheet, etc.)
Guess hes too n00b to comprehend whats stated on intel sSpec at intel website, and the information provided before purchasing.
@TS
To put it simply in a real world scenario at a shop, You go into the shop, asked to purchase item A, the shop keeper gives you the specs and official references from the manufacturer. But you tell the shop keeper you are pro at it, (install, assemble, whatever)
So the shop keeper would give probably say "oh ok, price is rmxxx", You pay for the item and leave, and find out that it cannot fit the motherboard you wanted. So you bring it back to the shop and hammer the shop keeper by saying he's irresponsible and a bad seller.
Is it logical?
@ ongbs,
Its up to you to offer a refund or not. or a restocking fee if you do decide to take the item back. Thats what all shops do
Complain against on " ongbs " seller, Seller refuse to refund. Bad seller !
