If it is Huntkey 550W, it is able to boot it up. I'm using it. Unless he's OCing his components really badly or something then I don't know.

Turn off vsync if it is enabled. Btw, you're using that Huntkey 550W, does it have a weird noise when the FPS goes extremely high? So far I've asked aric_68, 4850GS+huntkey psu = noisy when FPS goes high.

That's not the black screen wor. Blackscreen for the 1st batch is the screen going black all the sudden like no signal to lcd then comes back on. And sometimes sort of flickers lol. The VPU recover won't kick in usually.

How much your 12v drops when you furmark it?

If you can play other games nicely, but not generals then it is probably some software problem instead of hardware.

You mean the stock 700/1100? Rock solid for mine . No crashes at that speed. Very unlikely for you to get an old stock though, unless that shop hasn't been selling it well.

serigala, you no need 4870x2 GS la, you will end up stripping the HSF and running it on your WC setup also. Just grab Gainward 4870x2 and then run it even better .

Switch it to turbo when your computer is turned off to avoid system from hanging. Basically it changes to the BIOS for the overclocking settings of the 4870GS.
