lol your gainward 1gb 9600 gt good ar???? better than ati 4850 price wise??

I can't comment on which is better, but when I bought it, it's really bang for bucks.

I wanted to get a normal 9600GT, searched around LYN, then I found XFX selling quite cheaply, so I PM bro lehteck, he suggested I get Gainward.

I'm like, apa brand ni, tak pernah dengar, but after reading the comments and some googling as well as how Gainward is linked to Palit, I am really interested with the card.

Furthermore, it had double slot cooler, factory OC'ed and massive heatsink with heatpipe.

I actually never know what is Golden Sample until I took my PC to the pc shop to RMA the power supply and one guy saw and said "Eh, this one Golden Sample ah, nice stuff eh"

So I took this opportunity to ask about Golden Sample and then I realized that I bought a great card

well there is the normal version,the custom cover and the Golden Sample.

so the golden sample how much ar??? for ati 4850???

only Gainward use the Golden Sample name as their premium line.
others name theirs like XFX Alpha Dog and Palit Sonic.

Golden Sample is their branding name for their overclocked product.

ooo ok... so which the overclocked product the best in terms of frame rates and cooling??

yay i just bought a gainward hd3870 512mb
and im loving it

ooo.. but i targeting 4850 series... hmmm seems like many users in lyn likes 4850.. hmmm

well for average gamer the 4850 golden sample is good enough but for high end there is 4870x2.
i just dont know whether gainward has released theirs golden sample yet....

ooo.. lol but 4870x 2 sure eat my pc gaming rig budget... next year will dropp till 1k ar????

coz even the older 9800gx2 still cost over 1k.

Price will definitely drop.
Buy the hardware which suit your budget. End of story

ur proc,ram and even hdd will affect performance.
