the best actually to speak to the faculty itself. Not thru general Intl office but by asking the faculty which handle the subject n course.

hope this help. In general you wont know the amount of student. smile.gif

IH = international house... very fun, good place to stay if you have the cash.

Damn clock adjusting time... Very mahfan... and it means we're "further" away from Msia... sad.gif

Horse race... Don't care about Melb Cup anyway, angmoh culture not mine.

Melb does get quite sien at times, since most of the happening stuff are around the city, not within it.

I too miss RM1 roti canai... and when I thought AUD9 is overboard, wait till you see this from Brisbane:

Tulip... went there last year... pretty good indeed, a nice drive from Melb too. From there onwards can drive all the way up to Mt.Dandenong Observatory... and pray there's no fog/haze around. It was kinda dusty when I was there last year that I couldn't really see much of Melb's city skyline.

Royal Melb Show... meh... fun fair...

The best thing that I enjoyed in Melbourne was actually the Melb Motor show... Oh yeah, the gold mines were pretty good too.

lolx..nothing much but seeing gals in nice colour drool.gif drool.gif

about the election, it's still uncertain who won, they said the results were close,

i think liberal will most likely win this election.

Nothing. They don't owe us anything. The fact they give us concession fares outside Vic and NSW is already something.
*
thats just small thing; how about the impact of higher fees? etc..think again..for perth is a growing city; its basically death without migration & mining..it can be also a hub for education besides NSW & Vic.

OT: please reorder the 1st page; rules set to last; guide 1st. icon_rolleyes.gif follow v2 sequence.

perth is basically a death city; I walk on the shopping strip on CBD; and look around. Its like so death. Not just that; the workload is so much relax I heard than Melb?

the room for so much is there compare NSW & Vic.

gah; should just stayed in Vic then laugh.gif

the only bad is they rip off the Perth's waterfront project?  laugh.gif ...

/ lol ... i'm late for class, gotta go ...
*
consider this; the revenue collected from Mining industry is not well used in developing Perth City. Perth city reatil aint that long as st george st & swaston st.
its like half of it.

2nd; there is no nightlife; the northbridge you had there is just plain lame ..its so like artificial.

3rd; where is the dockie area; as in a common place most australia like to be; their boat; their super nice apartment like in melb dockland.

n most in perth also Homey ?

rclxub.gif
I dont know; to me better both in power; then both can focus on working perth out. whistling.gif

The rules will stay as the first post, through sometimes I wonder why I bother sometimes, as Malaysian's can never seem to follow any form of rules unless they have a gun at their head or bribed. However, I have rearranged the guides, the immigration information and the members list.

yes now its right. Bold the rules; i just feel kinda long to read..cant it simplify to be easier understand

QUOTE(Lim Ling Yang @ Sep 16 2008, 03:54 PM)
I got several questions about studying in Australia.
Personal Info:
Currently studying Form 6. Stpm 2008(this year).
Taking 4 subjects. Physics,Chemistry,Maths,General Studies.
Ambition: Engineer
SPM Results: Bm A1 Eng A1 Physics A1 Chem A1 Bio A2 Maths A1 Add.maths A1 Moral B3 EST B3 History C5
1119:A2

Questions:
1)What are the requirements to apply for Bachelor of Engineering?
2)Bachelor of Engineering does it mean Mechanical? Electrical? Mechatronics? Or neither?
3)Currently interested in ANU , University of Melbourne , University of Sydney , University of Qeensland. Where do I apply?
4)When is the application deadline?
5)When is their intake?
6)What are the requirements? Like how good should my STPM results be? Forecast results(needed?)?  Or do I need to sit any additional exams?
7)Do I need to prepare a personal statement and a recommendation letter from my teacher?
*
1. Bac. Engineering entry requirements based on Uni`s; it varies for each unis.
2. You can be doing Chem; Mech or etc but still graduated with a General Bach. Engineering.
3. Apply all of them; which will take you in.
4. Application dateline varies for each Uni`s; the earlier you applied the better the chances.
5. Most University intake is Feb & July.
6. This depends on the Uni you applied for your Bach. Engineering.
7. I dont think so.
