nothing is free for good stuff, bro...want good stuff <---pay first

again, i can't agree with it...
bare in mind that not everyone is money minded...

maybe there is no better free windows antivirus around yet... but firefox, nettransport, thunderbird, php, mysql, apache, foobar2000, filezilla etc are free and working decently in my pc...

u dun use av? it a essential for any online user.
*
not really
if you do windows update regularly, and do online scan, browse the web with some common sense...it is not that easy for your computer to be infected with virus

i don't know the effeciency of AVG7 since it never gives me any indication of virus infection, but i guess it won't be too bad tongue.gif

as for other characterestic, such as interface, scanning speed, memory consumption, update etc, AVG7 works like a charm!

frankly speaking i not realy like the avast interface becoz it's too fancy until my eye blur. BTW i'm using my all time favorites, pc cillin 2005.
*
yeah....interface doesn't matter to me
just like Norton, got nice interface just feel bloated and heavy, not to mention ineffecient

on the other hand, the fugly antivirXP helped me to clean some trojans that cannot be elimited by NAV
