BitDefender is more memory consuming than NOD32. Cheers!

EDIT: NOD32 has the Smallest Virus Footprint, Consumes the Least Memory, BUT has the BEST Heuristics (similar terms: BloodHound [Norton]).

Couldn't agreed with u more..

NOD32 still the best coz it really really lite lite lite lite...i really love it!
Testing Bitdefender really slow my Centrino 1.4Ghz notebook but on higher spec PC(my desktop 2.8Ghz)...not noticeable!

Wanted to test Kaspersky v6.0 but it wanted to remove my Sunbelt Kerio Firewall earlier,so tak jadi.
Now,using Sysgate Firewall...it is lite lite like NOD32...wanted to test Kaspersky v6 but lazy lah unless someone tell me it is as lite as NOD32.

From what I read on their site [several months ago], they no longer support manual download pattern update via their website [ver 6.0+..or maybe 5.0 too]

In February 2005, we stopped issuing large cumulative updates. All antivirus database files can now be updated hourly; this means that we are able to rapidly update the files and users of our products can access these new files.

kyu85: BitDefender consumes more resources, and got some false alarm issues. I also recommend to use NOD32, or AVS "/

However, the file is actually a trojan-carrier which will install Trojan-PSW.Win32.LdPinch.aze onto your PC.

BitTorrent users who posted reviews of the crack said that a number of antivirus programs detected the malware, though Norton AntiVirus and NOD32 did not.

Source: http://apcmag.com or google Trojan-PSW.Win32.LdPinch.aze

Yeah, both NOD32 and Norton has the 'best' heuristics scanning.
Even the sark-to-da-max mcafee did detect the trojan through heuristics scanning.

UPDATE: both NOD32 and Norton now include the said trojan to their virus definition. Talk about late update.
