u can consider the latest f-secure thumbup.gif not bad with its builtin firewall, damn strong.
but i prefer avast for it easy fast access menu & low hdd usage. sweat.gif

f-secure is suitable for normal user who want set it & forget with strong firewall feature.

for u, u can use sygate firewall with avast. unless u can pay for jetico the strongest firewall so far. thumbup.gif

lol...you guys sure use a lot protection eh...if too much...isn't that will make your comp run slower... laugh.gif

anyway...I'm just using:
Spybot S&D, update it then immune
Firefox[always trust FF biggrin.gif]
Kaspersky
and....Windows Firewall [lol laugh.gif]

That's all...

Since this is Antivirus Thread...and I've tested some antivirus software....here's what I think about it:

Rating[from me of coz]
Kaspersky [best detection happy.gif]
Nod32 [good detection with low resource usage]
BitDefender [got some false alarm, but it works well biggrin.gif]
Avast [yea..popular happy.gif..only the resident scanner a bit weak]
AVG [low resource usage...detection is quite low though]

tis review not bad:
kapersky is no1 but slow:

wow, kav 6.0.1.331 is not bad, light resources, pause scaning, fast speed scaning.
