normally gps is free unless u use agps which required data transfer.. agps helps to lock down gps signal faster. ur hp will send few kb data to nearest base station such that the location of the phone can be traced faster.. normally they charge u few sens only. remember gps is free and no extra charges applied

lol sorry i mean to say that does nagivating with n79 easy because the screen is alittle small and can i rely on it to get around kl with ease? thinking of getting a hp with gps, a gps standalone unit is still too expensive nowadays.

once u get used to the UI, it's quite reliable actually, accuracy wise it's not lose to standalone unit, just the initial lock up is tad slower

the screen is a bit small if u wan use it when ur driving.. hardly to see the map if u place the hp in front of the dash board.. however the voice navigation do a great job there.. so u still can use it to navigate u when ur driving..

about the gps thing, it doesnt matter the size of the n79 screen. Its not like you are looking at a map to guide you while driving. No you are being guided by the voice. The display from garmin only shows your car is on the right track. Thats all you need.
