I'm really fresh in gyms and workouts this kind of thing. I hope pros here wont mind in guiding me. This is my stats: Height : 173-175cm Weight : 71kg I just hope to lose my belly fat. That's my main purpose. Building up my muscles is optional for me. I'm happy with or without it. So could you recommend any workout so when I go to the gym I wont look like a retard?  Also, what my diet consist of? Low carbs? Thanks in advance!
