Oh, I expected that.

Sorry, I didn't phrase my question right. I meant, is it like a LOT more battery life is consumed or just a bit more?

Um, i can't really say for sure as my psp has not been hardmodded in any ways, but i believe it does drain a lot of juice if heavy LED mods are done. Maybe the battery life would be around three or two hours. Don't believe me entirely though. Wait till a pro modder replies. I can't mod shit lol.

not really playboy... if below 10leds it is still ok.. you wont notice anything.
ask around those who have a custom modded psp and i sure they will say the same even they install like 12 leds. smile.gif
if you are taking electronic in diploma, you can actually calcualte this stuff, amazingly this small leds are very bright but consume little power. thanks to those ppl at acidmods for their RnD.

not really playboy.. actually if you study electronics. leds are use to show that there current running in the circuit, since you cant see current with you eyes, so ppl use leds to detect current. back then when i cant even buy an multimeter, i've made a test lamp to test the polarity and current when modding.  smile.gif
and it doesnt mean the brighter, the much power it consume, nowdays engineer rapidly done RnD with bilion of dollars budget to minimize power consumption and maximize utilities.
if you study further, you will learn this stuff..  smile.gif

If you wish to get cxmb on your 3.71m33-4 unit, it would work fine, but you won't be able to enjoy newer theme releases as they mostly are developed for 5.00M33 or 4.01m33.

Here's my guide on installing CXMB on 4.01m33. The very same CXMB plugin works on 3.71m33, but of course, you'll need to google up for a 3.71m33 ctf theme in order for it to function on your unit. Guide --> http://psph.malloc.us/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=109

surprisingly... my psp almost completely unmodded (soft or hard) lol. dont even have cxmb & custom intro... i keep flashing it a few times a month so no point. lol

and i just found out that i've been using 5.00 m33-3, and not 4, bah... need to download it again

dont worry, i trust u! u already told me it would take a few weeks for my psp to finish. so i dont mind if it takes time. no real urgency.

with rumours of psp2 coming out i feel like selling off my psp....
hmm....
still too early for me to decide... anyway now my psps are kinda unique in appearance... sayang as well if sell.
