but
MBPJ and MPSJ need to pay couse masuk system ....

Well put it this way. MPS (Majlis Perbandaran Selayang) wrote me a fine for not purchasing a parking ticket about 6 years ago. I thought nothing about it until I received a letter urging me to settle my RM 50 fine or they will issue a letter from court, and eventually a warrant 'tangkap'. I've since changed cars twice. So many people commit offences, they can't go after everyone. They probably toss all the summons in a top hat and pick out the unlucky offenders like me.

can choose not to pay.. normally will take along time before they find out.. whne notified...pay.

just pay lah how much onli dbkl saman.

but throw it away also sound good:P

last time i get a saman from MPPJ(now MBPJ)and received a letter ask me to settle my RM 50 if not they will issue a letter from court....but i d pay it.....

i kena that day when parked at bangsar...rm 100 they fined me..but till now i didnt pay it

Lol I see we are in the same boat. At least yours is in PJ. I live in PJ and I have to go to Selayang! What's more MRR2 partially tutup!

Save that money now or invest that money that's suppose to pay the saman now... Then in 6 years down the line... If the fine is still the same amount ie RM60 6 years later... You'll be paying a "cheaper" saman coz with the inflation will make that RM60 become smaller

Since the fines and samans get to us slowly... why bother now? But of course you can be a good citizen of Malaysia and pay up all the samans once u get them...

Who say DBKL saman is not enter into the system? I paid once and it is computerized. That is 3 years ago!

So did u bought lottery that day?

Anyway, as long as there's a record then there's probabilty of u getting it.
Just whether u wanna take the risk or not...

And u might sold your car but that doesnt mean u dont need to pay, if they chase u.

but i naver receive any letter from them
