DBKL saman no need to pay...couse of hand writing saman
but
MBPJ and MPSJ need to pay couse masuk system ....
it is real....???wat u think

last time i get a saman from MPPJ(now MBPJ)and received a letter ask me to settle my RM 50 if not they will issue a letter from court....but i d pay it.....
