QUOTE(tifosi @ Nov 11 2011, 10:14 AM) There isn't a fan thread so I figured I will post it here. I'm using Cornell CAC-31 (exchanged by Creidt point), where I could put the ais pack into to turn up became a small aircon. So far not bad. And I saw the price is not too expensive too.My house originally was 8.5'. Just nice for a celling fan even is a little low. Then, I renovated my house and did plaster celling for some part of the house which now turn my house to around 8 ft only (a decision which I slightly regret). Now, I can't be switching on my air cond for the whole time. Wall fan, well it looks horrible. So, I am thinking of getting these as they look the nicest. Any recommendation on which brand/model is good? Thanks ![]() http://www.cornellappliances.com/cooler-fan-cac-31/ |

QUOTE(weikee @ Nov 17 2011, 12:28 PM) All my Panasonic 3 unit of Nami "F-M14E8" now awaiting to claim new fin. All 3 wobble like crazy. The Panasonic technician came, try all the things only minor improvement. Speed 4 and 5 wobble crazy. 3 is ok. All the fin are made of come some composite plastic can bend for balancing. FOC service or need to pay them? The Bayu, just need adjustment, and is easier cause the fin is metal. |

QUOTE(JollySheep @ Nov 23 2011, 01:26 AM) Hi Jo_da48, Jolly,May I know what's the Height of yr ceiling? I intend to get Deka fan. Did not know it's that long. You should measure your ceiling not mine. from Hook to the bottom with is 18 inch for Q7/Q8, hence after that you decide whether acceptance or not. For me it only leaved around 1 to 2 inch before touching the bottom, so not choice but have to cancel the rest of Q7 & X1. * But not problem for Bed room as it still have a feets more before touching... QUOTE(numbertwo @ Dec 21 2011, 05:08 PM) bro.. Hmm...Will try once the rest of fan in place.depends on whether the remote control works basis on infrared or RF.. If it is RF, it wil have pro and cons.. Pro : u can share the remote of course.. Cons : You press speed 3 on one fan, the other nearby (even in a different room, same floor) one will react the same.. Alpha fan remote is using RF..and that's the problem I had.. I have to manually adjust the pin at the fan and the remote for each of them to differenciate their frequencies.. Anyone call KDK / Deka support before? WIll they charge to align due to wobble? |

QUOTE(coconutzz @ Apr 1 2012, 08:48 PM) I have checked out Deka R8 at QQ Lighting Puchong....the wind is powerful and it's silent...for about RM250/260 i think..and it looks good as well.. I'm using Q8 on all my room for past 4 months, so far so good after alignment done else will see the plates swin a lot. Strong wind but not those "Reverse Function".Not sure if its reliable..i havent bought it yet......I m actually considering Deka r8 and Deka F5....as well as Deka baby G series...for rooms... need some input from forumers here if anyone using Deka? "Reverse Function" only use when I on the aircon so that the cool air will not blow to my face direct... |
