QUOTE(neohardcore @ Sep 1 2008, 07:17 PM)
numancia played very deep defensive..i always keep counting the no of their defender and its always 9 players!!walla..maybe barca should try for the long range..because i can see,we will always facing this situation on the future..
*
yes i agree..but i dont think long shots will do barca any good in such tactic..you could see xavi toure and keita attempted long range efforts, but bcoz their midfielders were also defending, they were forced to shoot early and so far from goal..to score from that kind of distance, luck is needed as much as shooting skill

imho, it is really impossible to penetrate such defending wall cry.gif cry.gif

harsh lesson for barca..do not concede goals so early doh.gif doh.gif

i think its better to concede early goals because we have enough time to come up and equalize.. imagine conceding a goal at 90th minute

numancia defending wall is too great for barca to penetrate in...
I saw Messi was struggling to brought the ball inside the penalty box but failed n barca is not great at long shot strategy, they like to bring the ball deep n score...this is their playin style....

n a bit weird here tat i can't believe my eyes, Eto'o was get throw to left wing position n Messi was like playing right n left in the frontline, he can't play well when at the left hand side, i saw him was like running around for nothing at the left hand side...I dunno whether my observation is rite....

conceding goals always bad, no matter when or how, but in barca's point of view, conceding early is the worst situation to be in, bcoz all opponents will defend like numancia did after they score early goals..and they will keep playing counter attacks..that has happened many many times like season..and it is sad to know that barca is still doesnt learn from past mistakes doh.gif doh.gif

More plans from Pep..does this means that senior players will get their own dormitory at la masia?

wondering how long is that period of isolation..doubt that the players can stand to eating only fruits and veges every morning over a week biggrin.gif biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

and messi's assist during argentina-paraguay match

messi looks different brows.gif brows.gif

and yet ive heard that barca lost another promising youth player recently

the latest is winger iago falque, who has joined juventus because he feels that there is too much competition in the first team..his situation is very similar too cesc..cesc left at the age of 17, iinm, while iago also left at the age of 17..looks like all teams around europe realized this already sad.gif sad.gif

ajax also have good youth academy..but their recent products are not so impressive..perhaps the most impressive ones are van der vaart and vander sar..others like steven pienaar, andy van der meyde and maduro are all not well known yet..hmm, maybe steven pienaar is known already as a decent player in epl i guess hmm.gif hmm.gif cant take kluivert, davids, seedorf and others as examples already, bcoz they are either retired or well past their primes now
