Can but that's a big big price to pay unsure.gif

You can try DVDO's iScan series.. but that's like RM10k products..

HD Box Pro also cannot eliminate this problem either, I have tried it.. I'm pretty sure XRGB3 can eliminate this problem but the scaling isn't quite up to par if compare to those of iScan. I myself looking for a solution for 480i sources too now..

But I liked the Sonic 3 bonus stages! Once I noticed that the stage is grid based, I started practising like crazy until I got real good at it. Sonic 2's was more memorable though.

Hi all,

Is introduced here by pel smile.gif.

I hope that you gurus here can introduce / guide me to the place where I can get vintage stuff in Malaysia.

Currently, I am looking for Xbox / Dreamcast and SNES (if I got sufficient fund).

Thank you.

And we are no gurus lah, just like to play old games and living in the past laugh.gif

Thanks. gundamalpha for the reply. Well, at least you are better than me.

For Xbox I nearly got a deal here, but the seller is reluctant to sell because I am in Penang and he doesn't want to do delivery sad.gif. Such a pity...that Xbox is very, very good.

For Dreamcast, yes pel is selling one now smile.gif. However, I am a bit "weird" here - I need the full sets - with box and everything, so still looking around.

For SNES, I think the NTSC/J (or Asia version) is better. But as long as there is a power adaptor + can be connected to the LCD I am OK d.

Just one more question, is Gamecube / Panasonic Q considered vintage / retro too?

Thank you.

That's a tough one.. by date they are vintage, but by technology I'm still overwhelmed by PS2, XBox and GC. Heck I feel overwhelmed by some PS1/Saturn/N64 games as well tongue.gif

Just be more patient and I'm sure you'll find a XBox. In KK there are still old XBox stock which couldn't sell.

For DC there's one seller selling a full set US version in the garage sales, the price is RM350 IIRC.

And finally US SNES is the most difficult to come by, not because it's rare but because shipping from US is overkill. JP SFC is more readily available if you are willing to buy online, but the problem is you'd be stuck with Japanese games.

I guess I will go for US SNES then....but will need to be patient on that...ahh...shouldn't throw mine away last time....

Haha...for my side, I think I "under-utilize" my PS1, always just keep playing winning eleven and the mandarin three kingdom last time.....believe it or not, I did not even start FF7 until they announced PS3 sweat.gif
