QUOTE(Faidzal @ Aug 15 2009, 10:22 AM)
Be careful. I assume the old box is the one which is not the silver PSOne box-style (this one confirm fake, sells for RM10 per card). The old box is a bit like thisI assume.

I have taken a look at these cards at some game stores, and I suspect they are fake as well.

I still say buying from Japanese ebay seller is a lot safer. I bought 1 card from a US ebay seller with extremely good feedback but turns out his card is also fake (chronims, this was the card that I sold to you together with an original one i got from yamatoku).
*
Yes bro Faidzal. If the memory card is transparant, very easy to spot. From the back of the PCB board, the ori one using the square IC, while the fake one uses rounded black cheap IC. Well looking inside any games console/ device/ accessories/ games, is one of the best way to cast off any doubt whether something is original or not.

as i read that the misprint makes the game fetch quite a price and im getting a copy nex month with the misprint prob

Added on August 17, 2009, 12:14 pmcheck this video for the misprint info http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v2bBpTDSefk

One of the earlier batch has this misprint I believe, but it's a really insignificant detail. But it's true that it will fetch a slightly higher price, but not that much also. A lot higher, if it's a factory sealed one though brows.gif

Hmmm I'm more concerned that it's region locked. Last time I tried to play US Ninja gaiden black on my Jap X360 cannot due to different region doh.gif

My Dreamcast hampir die already the lense, sometimes can boot sometimes can't... anyone here know how to fix it?
*
You can try to tweak the small screw behind the optic of your DC. But you need to be careful not to over do it, so basically u need to make tiny adjustment every time. If the laser adjusted correctly, u should able to play it again.

Hi Gundam,

Is AR Tonelico A good game for you?
*
If you like Disgaea or other NIS games, I believe Ar Tonelico will be a pretty good RPG for you.

all wrap in plastic to maintain freshness

Before this, I didn't store them inside there. So since the boxes are mostly white coloured, so I put a plastic bag all over them.

Some of the bigger boxes simply cannot fit in, so I put them all plastic wrapped of course on top of my cabinet.

QUOTE(Faidzal @ Oct 4 2009, 11:54 AM)
Yamatoku on ebay has two auctions for PS1 ori memory cards:

One (1) Boxed memory card

Three (3) loose memory cards

Feel confident in bidding. The 2nd auction is value for money, at least 2 cards are ori because it has microchip instead of 'blob' seen from the semi- transparent casing

Power! 2 copies of Bare Knuckle III, one to sell later for profit?

Somehow I acquired a lot of 'doubles' for few items. I actually don't mind about this, no problem for me to keep them as well tongue.gif

He sure is nod.gif
For some reason I really like this game. You should try it especially since this game is quite readily available nod.gif

Using CD+ Plus, very good converter.

I would like to ask, does MD2+MCD2 needs 2 separate power adapter? How about the AV cable? Thinking of getting one but not sure if I can use MD2 RGB cable or not unsure.gif
*
Yes MD2+MCD2 need 2 seperate power adapters and if u have 32x make that 3 sweat.gif

AV cable for MCD2 u mean ? there is none because you only need 1 AV cable which you plug into MD2 console only.

If you have 32x u can use the same AV cable too, but have to plug that AV cable into 32X adapter output instead of the MD2 console this time (there is another cable that comes with 32X which you need to connect from MD2 console av output to 32x input).

Thanks, I'll be getting a MD2+MCD2 setup then smile.gif

It's the AV cable that keeps me from getting a Wondermega/MD1+MCD1 set up, although I would really love to own those instead sad.gif
*
The RGB cable u mentioned for MD2 is it like an european scart ?

MD1 uses the same AV cable as Neo geo and pc-engine if not mistaken, which might be the standard at that time. Dunno why they need to change it for MD2...

Wondermega has a built-in s-video output, but to find a decent one will cost u more than arms and legs.. maybe your head as well shakehead.gif
