gnsumas, search for cash converters inside this topic, I mentioned it a long time ago.

Last time I went in 2008, all that's left are the multiple copies of Saga Frontier, Gran Turismo 2, Biohazard, and other no-name games.

If it's true that they have a lot of ori PS2 games at RM12, I will come......

There was one modded fat PS1 in Sg. Wang.. somewhere in the middle second floor but it was PAL. Then Tesco near the Curve there also have but very expensive. I didn't get from that trip, but I got one earlier this year from US less than RM100 shipped, used and loose (console only) but the best thing was it wasn't modded

If the shop still sell PS1, just buy new one la.

Most shop I see sell new one for RM150.

If you want to keep your PS1, just buy it and use the new lens to DIY la.

The shop in atria with ps1s also sells games (jack sparrow), while cash converters always has ps1 games. different branch got different games

my ps 1 is the really old model . the laser head was aligned to wards the top left of the cd area ... late revisions had it on the other end if i not mistaken . and i got the turn upside down to play syndrome before . lol ;X

I visited the Ampang Point Cash Converter today and bought a number of PS1 games - Biohazard 1, Kagero, Eternal Punishment 2, Saga Frontier 2 and Tenchu ( thanks faidzal and gnusmas for the tip)
One game RM4... its just unbelievable.

they have about >100 new & sealed ps1 titles there. most of them are not well known titles except for the above. There are however only a couple of ps2 titles.

anyone has any idea what are the titles available in other branches in Klang, Sunway and SEA? Plan to visit these branches maybe next week if there are interesting titles.

I have been to other branches back when I first discovered Cash Converters, but the Sunway and SEA branches don't have any more PS1 games.

I do have to say sorry to latecomers though. I practically bought almost all the good games from Ampang Point's Cash Converters, kept the good ones and sold off some of the more valuable ones on ebay (search my old posts in this topic.).

Still, if you are into RPGs, I believe a lot of them are still left.

so the Klang branch is the only one I need to go? they have as many titles as Ampang point?

i actually plan to go back to Ampang point just to sapu more titles.. although i may never actually play them. but its nice for collecton
