i hav a question here. who do u ask to certify ur spm cert and LAN subject cert? this is for the exemption for the LAN subjects

SPM cert ur principal can do that. and LAN subject.. the DEAN of the place u studied?? the LAN subject is exempted when u have taken them already.. if from SPM oni.. u wont be exempted.. and LAN subject sucks..

oh. i took all of them during my pre-u. can i ask the government officer to certify them?

You can just bring along the original copy along with a photostat copy and hand it in in person to the person-in-charge, producing the original copy. She will check it and sort of certify your photocopy. Then you are done!
