The restructuring greatly involves a large number of customer base. Any company that does alright should be afraid of losing the existing customer base. Well, anyway. To make you guys better, it's been 6 days since installer from tmnet came to install my streamyx and I am still without any sort of internet from TMnet. The installer failed to activate my line on my house so he went to somewhere to activate.

Now when I report to TMnet, they claimed that everything is working well from their side since I have successfully activated my line. They said installer would have to bear the responsibility to fix my line since it's under their warranty. But installer claimed that they can't do anything since it is most probably port problem.

In a nut shell, I am hanging in this ding dong ding dong situation that I am getting really tired of.
