I'm a real beginner on this. I don't have too much gadget like you guys which worth nearly or over RM10k for your HT set. I only have my HTPC as the main source. Playing CD, WAVE, FLAC, APE and MP3 from it. Speaker cable is Monster THX. I donno, sometimes i feel like the midrange is quite 'muffled'... numb.. Not yet burned it i think..

I'm settle with my speaker already. Putting them on the floor for a while before i'm getting a speaker stand. Everything's great. No distortion and vibration compared to when i put it on the table

I think the whole issue regarding how my PSB Alpha B1 wasn't sound nice was because i set the bass and treble too high on my AVR. Maybe my room can't accept the vibration due to the wrong setting of bass. So my setting now is -4 for bass and 0 for treble. Damn, playing classics song and Achoustic Alchemy now and it never sounded nicer than this before. I love my Alpha B1.

My room is to small. So i had this idea because can't hear the song properly because it sounded 'over-exposed'. If i set the AVR bass setting to 0, i still can hear the over-exposed problem. So i set it to -4.

Any other audiophile word for over-expose?

I wonder, to enjoy every type of music, do we really need the floorstanders? Or enough with the bookshelves? Considered the T1 before but now seems like my B1 doing a very good job now and really gave me satisfying listening to musics.

I got offer topup RM750 trade in Alpha B1 to Alpha T1. Good offer?

Or topup RM450 for PSB Image B15?

Which one is better? In term of money and.. anything.

I'm thinking to upgrade to PSB Image B15 (topup RM450) and buy a LR1 for RM400.

Or Alpha T1 for RM750 and enjoy it as stereo first. Music and stereo movie mode.

Yeah i heard the Subseries woofer is not really recommended. Try @htkaki wharfedale SW150 sub, only RM1,410, not much difference compared to the subseries.
