basically im staying near 1u.. im looking to take up some kickboxing or pilates classes if possible..in the mornings preferrably

just wandering...is there any self defense classes with a lot of chicks in shah alam area? I left silat long long time ago because there's no chicks and so many "jampi" i have to learn which really annoy me...
