Hi guys, i'm looking for MMA classes in Kota Damansara. I'm a total beginner but i don't really know what other alternatives i have, since i've been reading the other posts that said Pure MMA classes don't exist here in malaysia. Any suggestions on what i can take up? I tried going to CrushMMA's website but it's down.

Other than MMA which other martial art should i pick up? I'd like to hit punching bags and stuff. Haha. More offensive than defensive maybe?
