It can reach up to 45C if there is no heatsink on top, furthermore, putting it on the right place is a must too, like on a line of another fan to cool it. I put a 120mm fan t cool both cards, and the fan airflow is strong enough to cool the heatsink too

* Scout is a poor cable managable casing,dont buy it,it sucks.
