Oh and about the dog thing...should be like.... after 7 kills heli....9 kills Dogs run out from some spawnpoint and attack ur enemies....haha....but the claymore thing is funny...lolz dogs as claymore busters

The weapon chart is based on the game itself. You can go to C:\Program Files\Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare\main\iw_11.iwd and see the numbers yourself (Oh ya, to read iw_11.iwd, you need to rename the extension to .rar and extract the files. Don't don't forget to backup first though  ).

For damage range, maxdamagerange is 200u, whereas mindamagerange is 400u.

40u = 1m. You can go convert the values to SI unit for easy reference.
