Awww.... too bad. I actually have a REALLY big problem about Hardcore HP change to 60. It made my favourite perk (stopping power) almost completely useless . 42 HP would be a major improvement.

hp 42 and hp 30 no diff
also take 2 bullet to kill ^^

hp 60 need 3 bullet ^^

Stopping power increases dmg by 40%.

If weapon dmg is 40, then +SP = 56 dmg
If weapon dmg is 30, then + SP = 42 dmg
If weapon dmg is 20, then +SP = 28 dmg

SP is originally designed in such a way that you'll take 1 less bullet to kill in most cases. If HP = 60, with or without SP, 40 and 30 dmg weapons still need 2 bullets to kill. Such a waste of a good perk. 20 dmg ain't any better, with SP or not it'll still take 3 bullets to kill.

42 HP will be much better in a way that SP can be useful:
- 40 & 30 dmg weapons need 2 bullets to kill. +SP = 1 bullet
- 20 dmg need 3 shots to kill. +SP = 2 bullets

u forgot the range actually reduces the dmg and also the penetration UGH!

Already mentioned. 20 dmg is the minimum bullet dmg available (depending on model of gun. Some guns got minimum dmg of 30, some 40). View the weapons chart that I've provided earlier for the details.

Errr... shouldn't bullet penetration be left for DI to handle instead of SP?
