Suppressor = silencer

Hence,
suppressed weapon = weapon + silencer

But suppressor is the more accurate term since it's designed to reduce and change the sound of a particular weapon to confuse the enemy. Silencer is just a slang for suppressor.

Contrary to popular belief, a suppressor DOES NOT muffle the sound to the extent that you couldn't hear nuts (as portrayed in movies). It may be true that lighter caliber guns' sound can be muffled with supressor (MP5, skorpion etc) but a suppressed .50 cal sniper will sound like a rifle firing 7.62x51mm cartridge.

.50 call sniper with a Suppressor will FIRE the Suppressor lol... no way a Suppressor can handle a .50 call.. its like saying a DE can have a silencer lol imagine the kill sign

Thanks for all the help everyone. Finished the whole mission last night. Everything finished on "Hardened" difficulty setting except "One Shot, One Kill".

waw...didn't expect a 50 caliber can be suppressed...i was wondering if such thing could happen.. i was expecting if puttin a silencer to a 50 cal muzzle will blow up and back fire the shooter instead.. xD

But a suppressed .50 cal sniper isn't practical imo, coz if you got click the link that I've provided earlier, the suppressed M82A1 still sounds uber loud.

Rambo 4 anyone? Where suppressed .50 cals are only slightly louder than a fart and throw people off roads.

i wasnt saying is it practical or not..juz that i didn't know that thing could support such a big impact shot form the muzzle..i had a thought that the whole silencer piece will blow into pieces when open fire..haha.. imagine they manage to suppress a shot gun.. i wonder how it'll turn out.. xD juz my crappy thought tho

Just finished the campaign yesterday night. I was shock when the credit came out suddenly. I was thinking the campaign at least will have more mission .
But, i am IMPRESS by this FPS game. My last FPS game was condition zero, and this game out perform CZ by 2 or 3 times in my own opinion.
Really enjoy the very realistic war zone environment during the campaign and the only down side is the campaign end faster than i expected.
Do you all have any idea can we download more missions from internet?

AFAIK there arent any more missions on the net.... basically thats it...if u didnt get ori copy i strongly suggest getting ori copy and play online...totally worth it



only sad thing is........ lately ping has been horrible. cant get into any decent servers

You should try multiplayer. It's 2-3 times better than singleplayer imo.
