yeah the ambank one. some people said it worked before. but dunno if it still works. if it does i go beli that and quickly top up my SG PSN account hahaha.

just topup my sg acc again.no prob so far.maybe u guys can call ur cc bank to confirm the verified thingy.psn wallet doesnt require 3d secure pass to confirm our cc like other on9 shop or entropay.
