i've had a very bad experience buying an ap set, i bought my w960i in may 2008, before this i never buy an ap set, but i decided to try n finally i got my w960i at lowyat an ap set from comsat.

about 3 weeks ago, the touchscreen is not functioning and the screen looks kind of oily. so i sent it to comsat at maluri. they 'mati-mati' said that i dropped my phone in water, and i was trying to cheat them. so i asked them to open it's housing then only accused my oh cheating. only after that they said that i'm right n it is still under warranty.

so after 1 week my phone is ready, so i checked it, but i found out that there is something wrong. the font is too halus, then i checked the status to see the software version. it have two version of software, and there is something written like CPU_))HELL. i asked the tecnician, but he said that it is the latest software. f*uk you!! he thinks i'm as stupid as him! so i just went home an update the software myself n problem settled.

but then only i noticed that there is like kemek on my housing, i guess it happened when they try to congkil out my housing to replace the touch screen. arghhhhhhhhhh this is the last time i'm buying an ap set.

sad to say my phone is facing the similar fate. Touch screen is not responsive at certain locations. It all just suddenly happened.

Also seeing some issues on the screen. According to SE service center, its due to moisture stuck between the screen and screen protector. 
Now phone is so unreliable, halfway talking the hold function is enabled. Its pretty annoying. Also phone will auto restart.

Guess is the first and last SE touch screen I'm going to purchase.

Headache again trying to figure out what next phone to use. 

hows the speaker for this phone? izit ok? the bass n sound can be heard clearly?

i having the problem that, when i buy the w960 my classmate borrow it from me and take a his photo. but i hate tis classmate bcoz alway scold me and feel that IT polluted my phone. so i decided to delete the picture and it stored at the phone memory and i cant even delete it from my phone, everytimes i try to delete it but i cant. can any1 teach me?

i wonder why cant you delete it?? shud be the easiest things to do ma.........

i dunno y cant delelte the picture. i had mark the picture and then click more n then choose delete but once i click delete the picture still remain in my phone. and then i try to move it to the media side and then use computer to delete it but the phone shown that it is unable to move or copy...really kacau bcoz not familiar to this phone...haiz...

no nid adi, bcoz i try to delete it from another side yesterday nite b4 sleep. finally can delete those picture adi.^^ but can anyone tell me where can get new theme for my phone bcoz quite boring juz using the 4 themes come from original.

oh...tq very much. but y i c the theme shown in the zedge, they got a few icon in the bottom of the screen(around 5 icon) but mine only 2. and how thy change the icon wan. can teach me tq
